One of our most rewarding engagements ever was the opportunity to partner with Amy Knutson-Strack, founder of Northerly Outfitters, Ltd., an innovative new specialty outdoor shop in Grayslake, IL. We jumped at the chance to help her turn a lifelong dream and a well-developed business plan into a reality. Before the lease had even been signed for the retail space, we were developing their brand story and working to welcome the community to be part of the Northerly Outfitters "Be Neighborly" lifestyle.
From wrapping the store windows in graphics and messaging to build suspense for passersby, to welcoming the "who's who" to a Grand Opening celebration in October 2012, to attracting the shop's very first, loyal customers, we were honored to play an integral role in turning a dream and a plan into a reality that has transformed the lives of Amy and her family, and has reignited a local passion for family, the outdoors, and healthy, fun living. Just one year since opening its doors, Northerly Outfitters is enjoying great success and is well positioned for continued growth.
